Nice Family Vacation Spot

Sea Mark has privately owned units in a well managed facility. Pool spa well leadscaped and maintained.Quiet neigborhood away from the more noisy beach crowds yet just a short walk to beach. Many units have ocean views and all have views to pool/spa area. 3 bedrooms 2-3 baths. Some units nicer than others depending on the owners taste and upkeep so you may want to pick and choose a little. Some resident owners and long term rentals at this location. Several rental agents and individual owners rent this location so look around for best deal here.

Myrtle Beach 2006

This place had it all for such an affordable price. I think it was about $1200 for the week, with room to accomodate up to 8 people. The double balcony was especially nice and having access to all Caravel Hotel pools was a nice add on aswell. Overall you definitly get the bang for your buck here. Great family or group place to stay! Located literally 30 seconds from the beach, ocean views available (which we had... outstanding!) it's a 7-10 minute car ride to broadway at the beach and cleaning services were awsome.

Great family location and really ideal for long stays

Sea Mark Tower is located just a block off the beach. It is a 68 Unit building with spacious units , each one privately owned. Some are residential units and others are available for weekly rentals. 200 sq ft balconies have great views of the ocean and vegitated swash area. Pool , spa , grill area, and a nice quiet location makes this a great place to stay. Snow birds love the home like amenities . Full kitchens, 3 bedrooms with 2 or 3 baths. If you want a beach party place then look closer to downtown. If you want a great location with a laid back feeling then Sea Mark should be considered.
