Crescent Sands, North Myrtle Beach

I liked the location and the convienience that the beach was right outside. In the past I stayed more south of here and the beach seemed more dirty and crowded than it did in the northern part. My group had 6 people, 2 in each room. The room I was in didn't have cable or a dvd player. It had a VHS, but that wasn't very useful.When we did get it to at least turn on, the screen was messed up and couldn't be used. I like that there were 3 bathrooms. The balcony had a great view when we could actually use it... Most of the time the door stuck. The elevator was very slow, so if you have a lot of small children I wouldn't reccomend it. When we first arrived, we were supposed to have bedsheets and towels because we payed for them. They were not there so therefore we had to go to the realator and basically yelled at them to give it to us. There were still some leftover items like books I'm pretty sure weren't supposed to be here. It was decent, but there are several hotels I would reccomend over this one and I don't plan on staying here again.

We stayed in G-2 which had a beautiful view of the Ocean. The Condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. The owners could not have been more accomodating. The location was also one of the best in North Myrtle. We were close to Barefoot landing for shopping and great resturants and my husband was 5-10 minutes to the best golf courses. Our kids loved the beach, which is cleaned dialy, and the pool. Our kids also loved the idea that they could walk to do water sports on the beach like the banana boat, wave runners and Parachutes ( the didn't do it).The entire building is immaculate. The condo had a large patio overlooking the ocean where we ate and just relaxed. The views are great at sunup and sunset. This area of Myrtle Beach is really more for families who don't want to be inundated with tee shirt shops, wax museum or tacky people. We loved it and have already booked another week. Best valued vacation we have ever been on..
