ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

I HAVE NEVER GIVEN ANY1 A BAD REVIEW BEFORE, BUT ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING.....When I arrived... my room DID NOT face the ocean. after calling twice to verify that my room DID face the ocean. i was very upset. I called the desk and he appoligized and was very kind and offered to discount my room, (stating that was all he could do, because all the other rooms were booked). I wasnt happy, but because he was SO NICE i accepted, (kindness can cure many things). So now im in this depressing room but determined to make the most of it. then on sat. morn the "so called manager" was on duty durring the breakfast shift. she was rude not only to my family about the breakfast issue, but to everyone in the lobby. my husband was in the lobby as people were complaining and very upset. it wasnt what she was saying, it was how she was saying it. she was rude, & nasty. apparently you have to eat breakfast in the lounge area, BUT we were told at check out that we could. and she allowed it the day before. but on sat. she was very nasty and rude. It wasnt about the breakfast, it was about her manner...I was unhappy about my room situation, but because the young man was so nice I would come back, but i will not tolerate rudeness and will not be visiting again. I come to myrtle beach ALOT, and i never complain, even when my room is not up to par, cause i get what I pay for... buty I DO NOT the rooms were not that clean, and the place was run down... but when u have hospitality those things dont matter, but when u put nasty atmosphere with nasty attiude, its unexeptable.
