A find in an expensive area

The location is great. Only 10-15 minutes from the ocean. Trying to find a place close to Newport Beach is really tough. I couldn't find a place I could afford until I hit this place. The motel is in a central location, across the street from many major shopping centers.

A Drag......

A piece of garbage. I will not stay there again, even for a minute. Too bad to list. Too much traffic of people and police, too much banging, rumbling, screaming. A run down place, but you can't see it until you're inside and have already paid for.

Good Value for Convenient Location

Convenient to Newport Beach and near South Coast Plaza. Basic accomodations; don't expect any frou frou extras considering the price. A reasonable place and alternative considering that the standard Newport Beach place will run you $150 -$400.

A fleabag ripoff..........

Service is below comment. Managers/owners(?) are Asians with little English(sometimes on purpose)and rude. Filthy,stinky,unsafe,noisy,worn out bedroom/bathroom, strange people in/out day and night, phone extra, 800 free numbers charged extra per call, don't take messages, phone system does not work. Weekly charged $318.00, not worth more than $100.00. Don't go there! You've been warned.
