this hotel stinks

This hotel is awful you the guest will have no privacy and please keep in mind that even when you rent the room the staff can come and go regardless of the do not disturb sign.(we were walked in several times not only by the staff but also by an outside carpet cleaning company that had a key to my room for several days.) Have been in lots of hotels and have never seen a staff that has no clue what the hotel policies are, we were told that you could have your room cleaned as late as 5 pm by the manger (Doug) then the rest of the staff including another manger that was never seen informs several guests that it has to be before 1pm regardless of your own personal schedule. I was working second shift and did not get to the room until after 8am and they would not clean the room early made me leave for 3 hours twice a week as a guest I had no say in this. Most of the staff is rude and I as a paying guest interfered with the job at hand (which I thought was to make sure my stay was good guess not.) The pool is nasty and as of the day of this review still had not been cleaned that is going on 15 days. I checked out early from my stay because of all the disorganization between the staff and the management. I will never stay here again.
