Holiday Terrace Motel, Panama City Beach

My daughter and I stayed while we were waiting for some work to be done to our home, and stayed here. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff was exteremly friendly. Will definitly like to stay again and will refer to our friends and family.

The staff is extremely rude, they seem to be pretty stereo typical towards younger men (they think all young men are trouble makers) The manager or whoever this one guy is, he wouldn't even tell me his name and he wouldn't give a customer service number to complain about him... he was un educated, no respect for the customer what so ever, and he was always in your business.. very nosy. He looked like he was the hotels watch dog.. I will never ever go back to them, even if I was given a free room. He charged my credit card for damages and I can swear there was nothing done to him room and in fact we probably gave it back in better condition than we received it in... the beds were already slept in, not many towels given and no iron/hairdryers in the room. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and thank god I got my money back. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!! please save your money! and give it to someone who deserves it.

It is not the newest hotel...but not the oldest either. We just enjoyed it be caused it is located so nicely where all the fun stuff is and restuarants. Plus its always nice being overlooking the beach.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, cleaning staff are the best I have ever seen. The owner has other hotels in Pidgeon Forge TN, will stay there as well.

staff was friendly upon arrival. we had stayed at a resort down the road the previous weekend and paid way more for an unhappy stay... the room was awesome with a pool and ocean view. very quiet and family oriented. however i am not one to pack a hair dryer or an iron assuming that all locations provided them but this one did not.. that is something i must say that was a minor problem. my family will definitely stay there again and again and again!!! thanks again holiday terrace ~ you made a weekend a great one!!! *sherry from alabama*

I stayed in September and October. the rooms were great. The staff was so kind. I love the security. If the staff did stand guard and watch, that is a good thing. there are many places to stay and you think it is family oriented but you get there and it is not. They did not put up with "junk" ...I will stay here each time I go from now on as long as I can. The ONLY thing that I found to "gripe" about if it is worth a gripe, was the floors, when you walked on the carpet, your feet were black from it. It is probably due to the humidity and sand being brought in, we just put dirty towels down and walked on em. I just need a nice place to sleep, eat, shower and relax and this was the place!!! I have been to PC since I was a toddler, I am 44 and will go as long as I can afford it. this place is the best!! The beach hut guy was so attentive, although I know they are contracted out, he worked the beach for the Terrace..

We loved it here. Very clean & up to date. Great rate and comfortable rooms.

We love this place. We cook all our meals in the room and clean up is easy too. This allows more money for other things. And all is in walking range. Been coming here for years. But the last 2 years the carpet has really went down hill. You must wear socks all the time or have black feet. Its past time to replace carpet. Other then that we love it. We will come back. With socks or house shoes. Great veiw and price . Its a GREAT family place. The staff is wonderful.

We stayed during spring break and had a fantastic time. I noticed that the complaints were mostly from guest that had caused damage to the motel, so of course, they are going to complain about having to pay for being irresponsible. Oh well, our room was clean, pool was heated and the owner tried to keep us safe. We will be back next year if financial allows.

Love the veiw, Room was Clean, staff was great- very nice,the heated pool was wonderful, came for 1 night (most on the beach make you buy 2/3 nights & won't let you have a room for just one) Our oldest daughter enjoyed and they helped make her prom night better....will be back next year for our 2nd daughter's prom next year... Can't wait!!
