Come Every Year

I have been coming here ever since i was a wee baby. I am the forth generation to come to the Sea Club. It is super fun. It is kinda small so every one is family. It is not a big hotel but it is better, a small condo by the ocean. ohhh. ahhh. and if you are tired of the car then just walk to the nearby stores. I recommend this place to big families who need a place to stay! :)

Good value for the money....and well located...

My wife & I purchased a unit here in 1981....we visited here nearly every year and the only time we didn't, we exchanged for a unit in Hawaii and another unit in Las Vegas. I've got to say, our unit was much nicer than what we traded for and this is one of the problems I've found in trading timeshares is that you may often find yourself trading down... My wife and I spent weeks checking out the available properties and this was the one we found that we really liked....great for families.

This Place is GREAT

Location and the beach can't be better. The price is great too. Stay in an upper room like on the 4th floor. The staff was really great and everything is nearby.

AVOID this place

We just spent a week at Sea Club IV, we were told in advance that the eleivator would not be working as it was being upgraded. We were not told this would be "maintance week" and that the pool would be closed for 3 days or that construction would be on going the entire 7 days including 8 am on sunday morning. On one day the water was turned off with no warning. The front desk staff had nothing but attitude.And a complaint to RCI was useless. The place is old and not the cleanest, mold in the bathrooms and kitchen area. This was such a bad experience upon returning home we've listed our timeshare for sale and canceled RCI membership.

Just the right place

Our family has been going to Sea Club IV for over 25 years. The facility does not have the "WOW" factor the first time you walk in the door. It does offer you a good value for the price. The facility is always clean & the staff is friendly. Great views of the ocean from every room. We have meet a lot of great people over the years. If you are looking for a nice place that will not break the bank, give Sea Club IV a call.

Sea Club IV...2006

Just got back from Sea Club IV. For the price that you pay it is not a bad place. I will break it down into pros and cons. PRO: Great Value, All units have an ocean view, direct beach access, heated swimming pool, close to attractions that can be fun for everyone, easy to get to, there are a few small local eateries that are open late CON: desk staff (at least the check in/out person) not exactly the most skilled in make someone fell welcome, no concierce, no desk staff after 6pm during the week, you have to exchange your own towls (it's only open till noon each day), older property, dated interiors, lack of parking, short showers, no central heat/air conditioning, no internet available, bad cable tv
