Parliament House Resort, Orlando

I have been an avid patron of the club and have regularly visited the place frequently with my friends. I have objections as to the level of customer service provided by the people at the cashier's desk. I have had a few bad experiences with that black, obese transvestite in the past but I was glad that somebody else was there last Saturday. However, the aged, decrepit man at the cashier's desk was no different. He was so rude when I presented my partner's credit card with both our IDs. Apparently, he only wanted the ID associated with the credit card. He could have asked for this in a nice, pleasant manner without being bitchy about it. People in your industry need to realize that business comes from the people who visit your place. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the way you treat your customers. I hope you understand that people share their experiences and for that, I would never recommend anybody to visit your place again unless you put in measures to curb your decaying customer service.

The hotel is very old and outdated, dirty, run down. The restaruant was horrible. The bars and shows were nice but the hotel portion needs to be closed.

I loved the Parliament House. Ive heard nothing but great things about it so I had to see for myself. My friend and I went and had a blast. The staff and guest were extremely nice and very friendly. Next time im in town I will be there!!!

We visited PH in 2004 and it was the highlight of our Florida trip. If you consider yourself GAY. you must go to PH and celebrate the beautiful men of the world. Everything you need to have a good time is right there and fun to be had by everyone !!!! PH is simply FLAWLESS !!!! We plan to go back this April of 2008. Ed of Tennessee

THE PARLIAMENT HOUSE WAS A VERY CLEAN ORGANIZED HOTEL..... I STAYED THERE FOR A WEEK AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL I WILL GO BACK THE NEXT TIME IM IN ORLANDO

What I disliked about this place is I met an old friend there and he wanted to take me back to his room. I kidded him about bugs in the bed. We went back to his room pulled back the covers and there was a bug in the bed. What was a joke turned into reality. We killed the bug and stayed on top of the sheets.We still had a good time.

I came to this place because friends wanted me to come. Its aiight if you're into clubbing and drinking and sex. I'm not into all that. They have good food though and it will give people a place to go other than to Disney.
