Westgate Leisure Resort, Orlando

My family and I stayed there for one week. The room was very nice, but the service was terrible. First of all, there was no parking. Most of the employees do not speak clear English. The shuttle bus they claim to have does not come around every 15 min. like they claim. It's more like every 45 min. The front desk would not even answer the phone when you call about a problem. The timeshare sales people were very rude if you did not want to buy a timeshare. They do not clean your room. They told that internet was free which it was not. We were relieved when the week was over.
