Try to get a suite. You won't be sorry!
We had a regular hotel type room in the main building the first night there. There was a small fridge, no coffee maker, it was small and old, but clean. We had some trouble with the tub draining after our first shower. The staff were more than accommodating, we were moved to the other building to a suite with a full kitchen. What a difference! It was beautiful! We had an awesome view of the beach, a patio with a table and chairs right there next to the sand. Definitely try to get in the smaller building, I think there were 6 suites there, 4 of them oceanfront. The staff were great, nice people, the pool and patio was smaller compared to the big resorts, but very nice. We didnt use them, but there were outdoor grills for guest use.
We only had a few days, but I would have been happy to spend a week here! We would definitely go back!
