Cane Palm Beach Condominiums, Fort Myers Beach

Just got home and I can't wait to go back!!! This was my 4th season at Fort Myers Beach and my first stay at Cane Palm Beach. It was wonderful!!! Loved our condo. There was a slider in the master bedroom so you could hear the ocean 24/7. The condo had everything---t.v.s in every room, full kitchen,screened in porch,2 bedrooms,living room and eat in area. We ate most of our meals on the porch. The pool was wonderful! we used the gas grills frequently! Jan, the manager, was always sooo helpful,as was the entire staff!!! Being on the north side of the island,it was quiet and the beach was never crowded. Chaise lounge chairs were provided. We were only steps from Time Square and seconds to the bridge to Fort Myers.All the guests we very friendly. Many have been coming to Cane Palm for years. We are booked for next year!!! The location is guiet and convient to walk to Time Sguare The pool is large and well kept Enterances to pool and elevator and stairwells are locked---Makes for a safe feeling Office people very friendly and helpful The beach is clean and guiet====Beach lounges always available Gas grills available Wifi available Price reasonable

my wife and i spent a week at cane last january and hope to return soon. it is ideally located right on this incredible beach and yet is some distance from the crowded area. peaceful is one word. comfortable is another. and the manager, jan counsell, is a very hard worker and very conscientious when it comes to treating her customers well. great place if you are looking for great views, relaxation and comfort. patrick graham

they make everything simple, units are nice, location great, beach great- very accomodating- like having on site mgt too. And linen trade in days!! unfortunately, not going back this year due to air fare being ridiculously high here for some reason. on to explore other FL, but will be back

The current residents were absolutly rude and continuously acted as if it was not a rental property. Even though the property value has been halved over the last 4 years for some reason the rent has doubled. We had one resident purposely lock out one of our family because "It's my house". We had 4 members and only were provided 2 keys. When we went to leave she saw us prop open the door so we could return in a moment and then snuck out and locked out my son (who was 10 years old) he had no way to get back in touch with us and was outside at 10 at night for 2 hours.

this place is amazingggggg i love it so much i would deffinitly go there again i am so exited to go in september 2008. i love cane palm beach condos!!!

nice, quiet, close to everything, did I say quiet? great to go out to the beach and have maybe another couple or 2 on the beach with you, bigger resorts to the north and south are arses to elbows, not very relaxing, 2nd year in a row there and we will be back every year! short walk to restaurants the pier you just can't find a better locale.

We have spent many tropical nights at Cane Palm over the last 25 years. Our family has nothing but love for Jan and the building. Built in the mid-seventies and kept up even through the hurricanes this place is clean, quiet, and an excellent location for the young family. Close to Times Square, just a few buildings from the Pink Shell and a short walk to the Pier where the action is, Cane Palm is quiet at night with great views of the Gulf during sunsets. Excellent pool and landscaping. Very well managed. Cane Palm has a private feel since all the units are individually owned. Most of the people we have met are repeat customers that have become friends we look forward to seeing. Thank You Jan from th Schultzs

great place, north beach ,much more quiet, and lots more sealife to check out at low tide, short walk from the pier, restaurants, and the waverunner rentals!!! fun it is highly recommend Cane Palm Beach!

Hi, this is Stuart and Karen wishing all the readers good health. Cane Palm was a lucky find for us several years ago (mid 90s) . We were welcomed in by Jan who was working late and fate did the rest, for our best holiday experinces. Always clean and always on hand should anything go wrong. A real hidden Eden and a veritable Paradise from home. Probably more for families but everyone gets a warm welcome. We certainly cannot rate Cane Palm and Jan highly enough. See you all again in October..........
