Beach Villas of Deerfield, Deerfield Beach

Great location, great place, great people. Would go back.

The Beach Villas of Deerfield is a clean, comfortable and affordable way to experience a Day in Paradise on Deerfield Beach, FL. Many rooms completely beautifully remodeled . Thoughtfully including all the ammenities of home. You will want for nothing from the moment you arrive. Located within walking distance to beauitful beaches,, resturants, nightlife, and family activites. all with very affordable rates . The Villas are perfect for a weekend getaway or a family stay. The staff is friendly and pleasant, along with the owner who attends to your every need. Nestled at the end of 2nd street the 2 story building is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers making your swim in the pool a quiet and relaxing day when needed.. I travel quite often for work and am glad to have found the Beach Villas. I will come back to the Villas when ever I am in the area to spend a Day in Paradise.

The Owners/managers Mr vittorio and amanda were horrible. They lied about giving us and other tenants their deposits back. Mr Vittorio would get up early every morning using his leaf blower(no sleeping in late). They would go inot our rooms whenever we were not there(they were not cleaning). They never fixed anything that was broken (not even change a light bulb. We were told that phone calls from our room would be .35c a minute we got a phone bill for $200.00 dollars after two weeks. (only call 911 it would just cost you .50c)This is no exaggeration.

i simply love the place,one block from the beach,very clean and well maintaned,the owner is simply a great man and made our stay very comfortable,we had a problem with the manager she was very rude, suggest you talk to vittorio the owner,we loved it its like melrose place.

The location was awesome!!!! Several blocks to the beach. Nice clean pool. But there was way too much drama going on with the residents that live there. We might stay there again depending if we can find another place as close to the beach.
