Blue Seas Courtyard, Fort Lauderdale

We spent the month of Feb. at Blue Seas which we have done quite a few times and we always enjoy our stay. We feel as comfortable there as we do in our own home. Christi and Mark are very friendly and take great pride in their place. It's just adorable. I love to go back and see what they've done new. The other thing we love is the location. We park our car and don't have to get in it again. The grocery store is close, the beach is across the street, great restaurants are within walking distance and every weekend they have the best entertainment right on the square. If you like horse racing or casinos Gulfstream Park is a must see. It's about 25 mins. away and worth the trip. There also are great shopping malls also. But my husband and I just like sitting around the heated pool chatting with the guests and Christi. It's just so beautiful and relaxing. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it.

We made a reservation in person for a February stay. We gave a credit card $600 deposit and were told we must cancel within 30 days. Things came our way that would not let us make a 2 week commitment , which is the policy at the property. Therefore, we emailed a cancelation notice 34 days out and expected our CC to be credited the full amount. Christi decided to charge us a $20 fee for using our credit card. We were never told there would be such a fee and we also understand the credit card company refunded her the entire $600. She was abrupt with me on the phone as though I was making a big deal about $20. She agreed to send a $20 check, but never did.

fabulous time!!!! we will be going back, the town was great and the food was even better. blue seas was a great place to stay at a reasonable price, rooms were clean nicely decorated, we stayed in room 1 on the end, the best!!! we didnt even rent a car, there was everything within walking distance. the owner are great and very personable. thanks for a great time.
