85-90 degree day, greeted by a smelly garbage bag upon check-in to the "cabin", which was basically a trailer with a deck and fire pit. Really!?! All down hill after that. My two boys usually blend in well but were miserable. The kids seemed very clicky. Been there multiple times it seemed. Paid for five nights but left after three. Had some kind of cheesy romantic lobster dinner night for two. The teen waitress did not remove one thing off the table the whole time we were seated, even though we were the only couple in the "adults only" section which was located right next to the family section. Way overcrowded, dusty and little privacy.
My family goes here every year and each year we are pleased more. There are activities sceduled for kids and adults all day in a booklet you get when you check in. My kids enjoyed volleyball, cruises, kickball, plays, scavenger hunts, and all day programs with other kids in their age group. There is also a fabulous breakfast buffet that includes every breakfast food imaginable. The beach is huge and there is kayak, paddleboat, and canoe use. The mini golf course was a blast! The staff were very polite and helpful and the sites were very spacious. I would highly reccomend this resort for any family!
