Use another rental company

We stayed in a cabin with Sleepy Bear, but we will never do it again. The cabin was nice, but the office people are rude and they curse all the time. They also hung up on us several times. If you want a pleasant stay, use another rental company, one that is not such a rip off. Check the BBB and you'll find a number of complaints against them. We sure will never rent with them.

Best Vacation Ever

After driving over 10 hours to get to the Smoky Mountains our family was needless to say tired and cranky, but when we arrived at Sleepy Bear Cabins the office staff�s southern hospitality changed our moods for the better. They were very gracious and helped us in every way. When we arrived at our cabin it had a few cob webs but overall the cabin and its views were wonderful. We had a superb stay and our family won�t soon forgot our beautiful stay in the Smokies.

The office staff was helpful not only when I booked my reservation but also helped accomodate us during our stay! We would definitely reccomend this cabin.

Terrible

The service was terrible and office people were extremely rude. They cursed and even hung up on my husband and I..... twice! I wouldn't stay there if it was the only place left and they gave it to me free! Lots of other cabins and rental companies around there... pick one of them and have a nice vacation.

Very bad customer service

These people are actually cheats.. They charged me $54 for cancelling the reservation on the same phone call on which I booked the room since I had a problem with their checkin time... Extremely rude people.

Only when trying to work out a reservation were the people very rude and even cursed. I will actually be looking for who to contact about the service they give.
