Quaint and Very Nice

We stayed at the Rock Lake Resort in March 2007 for 11 nights. The place is very cute and quaint. There are little cottages around a circle pond. There are 2 cottages per unit. Each unit has french doors that open into a covered porch overlooking the pond. There are dolphin fountains all along the pond. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Pool was very clean and nice and there were tennis courts. There was a ping pong table and laundry room also. Our room was very very clean. The place is older but is very well kept up. There was a lot of construction right around the hotel but noise was not a problem at all. I always felt very safe. We had a dorm size refrigator, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster in the room. The room was equipped with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, bowls, glasses, anything you would ever want. They provided dish soap and paper towels also. Maids were very nice and helpful. Towels were nice and thick. The bed was very comfty with pillowtop mattress. Floors were tile and were spotless. Full closet, good tv with lots of channels to choose from. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definetly stay there again and recommend it highly. Very unique and quaint place to stay.
