Under terrific new ownership

The Morning Glory Inn is a splendid, beautifully restored 19th century house with huge rooms, lots of light, and flowers in every room. The new hosts are friendly, happy, and easy to be around. They furnish home-made breakfasts, information about the area, and whatever else you need. Belton is close to Mary Hardiin-Baylor College and The Scott-White Clinic, so there's plenty to see and do. There's wireless and TV, but you can also spend time relaxing and talking--to the owners or to the other guests, who were very interesting people. This is the best combination of hospitality, 19th century charm, and contemporary efficiency I've seen in a long time. A great place, reasonably priced and marvelously well run.
