Inn On Biltmore Estate, Asheville

This inn has the superficial appearance of a class hotel, but it fails miserably with customer service. The service staff needs some serious training on serving the customer.

Me and my friend went there on thanks giving the service wanst to bad but the food was horrible they lost one of my bags and the bellboy was not very cooperative

Very disneyland-ish. They lost our reservations and do not care if the customer is happy. I was not impressed with the quality of the rooms or the service. Valet was horrible, food was horrible...etc.

The Inn was beautiful, and the house was specatular. The resaturant inside the Inn was very expensive,with the food not as great as the price dictated. And the wait staff was very rude and very insufficient. I really was disappointed with their attitude, which started with the maitre'd all the way to the waiters. The grounds and stables were wonderful, we had a great time riding horseback. The guide was great, she was very knowledge and friendly and had a genuine care for the animals and her customers.

The service here was excellent! I'll first tell you about the dinning room. The dinning room service was fast, and the people there were very polite. The dinning room is also very well decorated if I do say so myself. Next, the room service. The wait on the room service did not take long at all. In fact, It was quicker than the dinning room service. I loved my room. We stayed in a Grand King, and the view was exquisite. It was also a very comfortable room, and now that i think on it, my bed was nice cozy. I also loved the room because it had internet hookups. The location was sooo cool! I enjoyed looking at all the cows, and horses, etc. I also liked all the pretty flowers around the pool, entrance, and patio. Before we went to bed on the first night of our stay, we had an exquisite viewing of the moon. All in all, I do recommend that you stay at the Inn on Biltmore Estate.

The rooms were attractive and the inn was lovely. We also liked the grounds. We hope to return soon. The food was good and we enjoyed after -noon tea.

The Biltmore Inn is without a doubt one of the most beautiful places to stay in US. The staff was perfect and very well trained in all aspects of customer service. The food was simply some of the best Ive ever had. I was there three days and every day was a perfect day. Carriage rides and the house tour were great. I cant wait to go back for more of the Biltmore

If you're looking for a short get a way without the kids than this is the place for you! The service is extraordinary and the surrounding are equally impressive. While the rooms are nice, they are just hotel rooms. However, I would note that the Inn was full on our visit, but our room was totally quiet, we could hear nothing. Our favorite part of the Hotel is the back porch where you can sit, have a cocktail, and view the impressive mountain vista. Shuttle service is available to all Biltmore attractions, so once you park, you can stay there for the length of your stay. This is a perfect 2-3 night trip without the kids. While I did see some children, this is definately an adult place. We left our children at home and stayed two wonderful nights. It's a little pricey. But well worth it.

I liked the cleanliness and the helpful staff. My wife fell in Love with the SHE CRAB SOUP. Thanks for a great time!!

best trip ever went on. kids loved it service was awesome, amazing sights with Gods creation. definately be back.crazy to not like.there were a lot of memories made for our family that we will cherish forever
