When my room filled up with chlorine gas from some stripping and painting work being done in the unit next door, the staff first laughed at me for complaining, then refused to air it out, then denied the problem ever occurred when I reported the problem to the headquarters office. For the rest of my stay, the staff ignored and refused to help me and were surly to me.
