Home Hill Country Inn, Plainfield

I just wanted to let you know that the Home Hill Inn is open once again. The woman who was the chef when the inn closed in January 07 has reopened the inn as of May 1st, and is head chef and general manager. The inn has taken on a new vision. It is no longer a formal French restaurant, but has a more relaxed and welcoming feeling. Still upscale, but not uptight. They have reduced the rates and prices, so it's much more reasonable to stay and dine there. The food is fantastic, and the service is outstanding. They are hosting weddings, private parties and functions, and are most accommodating. The Home Hill Inn is a treasure in the Upper Valley region, and one of the best dining experiences in the state. With beautifully appointed rooms and lovely grounds, the inn is also a great retreat for the perfect getaway. If you haven't been you should go, and if you have been, but not for a while, it may just be better than yu remember.
