Holiday Inn Express Suites Aberdeen, Aberdeen

We stayed at this place a couple years ago and really enjoyed our stay so we decided to do it again about a month ago. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great! The pool area was dirty and cold! The pool opened late because the lifeguard showed up late. And there was a whirlpool out of order and was disgusting--There was dirt and filth in the bottom of it with a little bit of water in it. I told the GM about our stay and he was apologetic and was going to check into the weekend that we stayed and said that he really sorry for our experience and was going to send us a free night stay with them which I didn't expect or even care for and then he never followed through with his action...This stay was a disappointment.
