Very nice, wonderful service!

Booked this hotel for a stop on the way to florida. Arrived and was given a room on the first floor. My husband wanted a room on second or third floors. So we asked and they upgraded us to a king suite at no charge. The room was immaculate, bed super comfy, breakfast quite tasty and staff very friendly. Would absolutely reccommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Will stay here again soon.
 
 
 
 
 
Confirmation number useless!

The motel refused to honor their own issued confirmed price. I had a confirmation number and they acknowledged that they issued it, but they would not honor it. Charged me $10 a night more than their quote over the phone.

Very Helpful

The staff was very helpful from beginning to end. We had an issue that was resolved very quickly. Room was clean and comfortable and my children loved breakfast. I was able to get on the internet in less than 2 minutes and rooms also had an ethernet cable for those without wireless

What a beautiful hotel

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. My husband was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice. We received discounts to Lonestar Steak House and O'Charley's. I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay there again.
