Budget Host Inn, Niagara Falls

I found a deal for this Inn of $80 for two nights. Not bad I thought, but little did I know the nightmare I would experience. After my girlfriend and I entered the room we noticed the bottom of the mattress was a little dirty and spotted two bugs by the bed and killed them not thinking much about it. When we woke up from that night's sleep my girlfriend said that she couldn't sleep and red itchy bumps appeared on her arms and legs, but few appeared on my body. We called the front desk and they quickly came to the room and sprayed it down while we went about the town. When we came back to the Inn we asked for another room in fear of inhailing of the toxins sprayed and they promptly gave one in another unit. The room looked cleaner and we thought the nightmare was over. Unfortunately, again the same thing happened, but this time worse. After, we had left the Inn on our way home, the red bumps seemed to multiply and worsen as the infection of the bed bug bites spread. This experience was not fun in the least bit. We had a miserable stay because of it. We just wanted to get away for a nice, peaceful weekend and instead we left tired, anoyed, frusterated, and covered with red itchy bites. Even though the staff seemed friendly and they were quick in dealing with the initial problem, I would not recommend this Inn to anyone no matter what the cost -- even if it was free! I went to the doctors and had to get cream plus pills. I just wanted to share this information with anyone thinking of rooming here. Please don't! Save yourself the hassel. No amount of money is worth it! ~G & D~

We travel to Niagara Falls, NY very often for shopping, and we been visiting this great La Galera Mexican Restaurant for last couple of times, which is located in Budget host Inn of Niagara Falls. My Husband and I decide to stay at Budget Host Inn for a night so we don’t have to drive to the restaurant and it is less than 2 minutes away from the Outlet mall. The person at the reception was very kind and friendly. The price we paid was almost the half of what we were paying at the other hotel. When we check in to the room we were shocked that the room’s condition was better than those big hotels, it was clean and comfortable. One of the best things was that they are offering fridge and Microwave of no cost. The mattress was nice and comfortable. But there were no extra amenities, and No breakfast, they said "they only offer Breakfast in season times". It is understandable; we didn’t expect many thing for the price we paid. Guys, if you’re visiting Niagara Falls, NY. I would defiantly recommend the La Galera Mexicana restaurant that the hotel has on location. It is definitely the best Mexican Food in town. The service is quick and the price is unbelievably low. If you are traveling on budget or looking for affordable Hotel accommodation and dining, Budget host inn of Niagara Falls is the best place to stay. We loved this place we will recommend this to our friends and family member and we can’t wait to come back again.

the rooms were clean and comfortable, good thing about it was the room was already heated so we didnt had to wait for room to get heated in cold temp. the staff was also nice and helpful. we will sure go back to this hotel again.

i booked this hotel for a night stay through expedia for 60$ . we got a room ,first impression was it wasn't cleaned.so we asked for a room change.then in second room seem to be cleaned first and checked the bed , it seemed to be clean.but once we started to sleep we could feel lots of ittiching here and there.suddenly we got and found lots of bed bugs was coming one by one ....we couldn't sleep the entire night.so we got up and took bath at 4:00 am in morning ran out of the room and slept in the car.the stay was a night mare.never ever experienced such a wrost stay in my life.i would definitely not recommend to anyone , even if u get a free night stay.i could see lots of redness in my skin.the hotel stay spoiled my mood,my skin ..all good review is defiently a fake by hotel owner.

location of the hotel was greast it is very near to falls casino and amny attractions. this budget hotel is very reasonable in price, and more amenities than i expected. i will recommand this to others.

the rooms were clean and nice, they also had fridge and microwave in the rooms which i did not expected, overall the hotel was above average.

this property was located just right of the highway, it is easy to find. The place and the rooms ware clean . the room was worthed for what you pay for.

the location is pretty good, it is walking distance to restaurants and malls, and just minutes away from falls and casino. the room was pretty decent, clean, and in reasonable price.

it was a very ideal location. the hotel is just minutes away from the falls. the hotels staff were friendly and the rooms were clean enough. will recommend this hotel to others.

I have never stayed in a dirtier motel in all my life. It was filthy top to bottom. Black mould in bathrooms, dirt and grime on doors and door jams and bed bugs. My husband and I woke up from a horrible sleep to discover our sheets covered in blood and crawling with bed bugs. All the motel would do was throw us a 20 and say it was our responsibility to check that the room was clean and free of bugs. They also claimed that they had never before had a problem with bed bugs but I see from a sept. review that isn't tue. They knew and did nothing about it!!
