Days Inn Suites Ft Worth DFW, Euless

After reading a few negative reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was easy and fast. The desk clerk asked what we were doing while in the area an volunteered maps and brochures on the places we planned to visit. The room was very clean. I especially liked the coffee maker which made individual cups. I also liked the security of the rooms opening to the inside of the hotel with no outside access. This hotel was a bargain and well worth the money. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to the area.

Called ahead for information on the room, front desk lady could hardly understand english. She transfer us to a male which as just as bad. They misrepresented the size of the upgraded suite. The lobby was heavily scented with sprays, the hallways leading to the rooms smelled of curry and grease. The bedroom was 8x8 with a hole cut in the wall with a fan placed in it to draw air from the 5x5 sitting area with the A/C, we were told the kicthen was stock with utensils,pots & pans, which is false, there was nothing in the cabinets accept dirty and dead bugs, the fridge is very small, and warm to the touch, and barely cool in the shoe box size frezzer, and stained covered cushion torn, foam showing through miniture loveseat pull out. The exterior looks modern yet the rooms are 3rd world country. Don't leave credit card, go see first before commiting, then stay less then a block away at a brand new hotel for the same price. I would never stay there, I walked back to the front desk and checkout within 48mins and they charged my credit card $52. If we stayed the dirty conditions might have cost us more in medical bills. Stay away it is gross.
