Will never come back here in my life!

Worst hotel experience of my life. For two hours straight from 3 am-5am people kept slamming doors, running in hallway, yelling, etc. Called the desk clerk 3-4 times. She did try every time we called however she was not being successful. The last time she came up she knocked on our door while yelling at the noisy customers. When we opened the door she said "sorry". I feel that this should not have been done in front of the others. Will never stay here again and will let everyone I know my feelings.

Close to Glenwood and nice

After cursing on Glenwood in Raleigh at Night , this was a walking no cab required had rooms. Nice rooms little pricey but great breakfast and clean. Night clerk was Ok nut Morning staff was very friendly.

Great place with great people clean, extra friendly staff, I arrived early and the gentleman at the desk was so polite and understanding. ok breakfast

It was better then we stayed in past

It was late last minute decision to stay since we had no choice, It was much better then last time we stayed here. We loved those waffle in morning.Cant beat that for what we paid. staff was very friendly, although that hallway carpet was little dirty. Our room was clean and quite. I am glad we went back. reasonable stay in downtown Raleigh

WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!

The staff was SO RUDE the worst I have ever seen in myh life. I was going to stay even though the staff was so rude but I was tired after I got into the smaller then life room I got my money back and checked out! I went to the Clarion Hotel and it was Great. Please don't waste your time or money on this hotel. The pictures on the internet look a lot differnet then they do in person.

Won't go back

The night attendant kept calling my room during the night bugging me about if he could come to my room. I had to unplug both of the phones. Plus he made a comment about coming to my room later on. I didn't even sleep that well because I didn't feel comfortable at all. When I answered he made a rude comment. When I come to Raleigh again, I will not come here at all.

I'd stay here again

Great experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Cleanliness, quiet, a good TV and good water pressure are all important to me and they passed on all of these. And did I mention cleanliness and quiet? I'd stay here again.
