HI-Winnipeg Ivey House Hostel, Winnipeg

Winnipeg's a bit of a cold city, so when we arrived, we wanted accommodations quickly. The staff at the hostel were ace at giving directions and we made it in no time. I don't think that I've felt a warmer and more hospitable reception in any hostel I've stayed at in Canada. The location is in a beautiful and old-looking neighborhood with a bunch of slick local bars nearby. The place was clean and oozing with character. Great staff, great hostel, and one of the cheapest rates we've found anywhere. We will surely be back!
