Nice location near the cities
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/05/09
Thought it was a bit too modern. Had to pay extra for additional people, pets, firepit, full hookup, and cable. The spots are very close together with no real trees for shade or privacy. The play area, pool, and shower house we are well maintained. The staff was excellent

Nice Location, but still unsure!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/23/09
We did like that it was easy to find, close to ValleyFair, nice layout, and friendly and helpful staff. Also close proximity to restaurants. We liked alot about it, but one thing that has made us wish to stay elsewhere was the STRICT noise ordinance. We feel that you should be able to to play a radio on low volume no matter what time it is but especially in the middle of the afternoon. I mean...people are camping so they should be there to have a fun time not so laid up in a quiet place with nobody able to enjoy themselves.

nice campground
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/18/06
We were going to ValleyFair and this campground was in a good location. It was easy to find. Very neat and nicely landscaped. Small pool but nice. Hottub was nice too. They light a bonfire at night which is nice. They have a building with coin operated pinball, pool tables, foozball, etc. They have a small store also which is fairly well stocked with necessities and ice cream! There was a clean shower/bath room, mens and womens. The campground was very quiet also. We will definitely stay there again.
