Don't waste your time and money there !!!
By ,
Very disappointed by this place. Aboslutely NOTHING to do. Car show announced saturday, nothing happened. Weather was ugly, not the camping fault. Recreational room closed, no way to get the key. I have a 4 year old and a 19 month old boys, not their problem. Totally helpless staff, had to pay for everything. Camping in itself is almost seasonal big RVs, 2 large roads very near from camping. This monday morning, the "real" camping area is almost empty. We just ask for 1 extra hour of parking. Answer: "you have to pay". Come on, this is monday, the place is EMPTY. Pools were closed, the fire truck for kids was not there, I repeat absolutely nothing organized and we should pay extra fees ????? Honestly, one of the worst place I have ever seen.

more like an mobile home park
By ,
the location was good.. but it is not like what the add has to say about park.. there are not weekend dances jus bingo on friday nite and there was nothing going on the whole weekend no dances or anything for the children to do... the park is clean and well kept..the restrooms are very clean... the park managers were rude and i got the feeling they did not what to help like it was a bother... the store was terrible .. hours are bad i have to leave the park to get a cup of coffee cause they dont open until 9:00 am ... there are no fresh produce or meats ... coolers were empty.. lots of soda and juice drinks... there are not many lots to choice from .. they have seasonals that have taken most of the lots and there units do not leave the park so it leaves a camper with little choice of a place to have a site .. its more like an football field to park you unit down on the lower level... and very muddy and wet.. the upper level only has water and electic and the sites are small so it doesnt work well when you have a large camper like i do... the overall price is very high compare to others that i have been,, dont forget your cell phone cause theres not pay phones they had them removed...

my stay at lonepine was nothing like how i seen in the add.. there was no daily events .... and the weekend i went there were no dances or events then either jus bingo on friday night i found the managers to be very rude and hostile and not very willing to help out like it was a bother to them .. the store hardly carried any items of need and the hours were bad had to leave the park to get a cup of coffee cause they werent even open till after 9:00am. when you get there most of there sites are taken by park models homes(mobile homes) so it left us with little choices of lots. the rent of a lot is very high .. found i could rent a hotel for around the same price...
