Quality Inn & Suites, Sioux Falls

Well, everything was great at the beginning of the stay, but when we left we noticed a blonde staff member was out in the parking lot in her honda accord smoking pot and it was definately pot, she had a pipe in her hand, and the stench was horrid! TAKE CARE OF THIS, I AM NEVER COMING BACK!

I was impressed from the moment I entered the door. I was in town due to a family member's surgery/hospital stay. I chose this hotel based on the price and after reading online reviews. I was so pleased I opted to stay there again for another night! It was CLEAN and QUIET! I was somewhat concerned when I realized it was located so close to a truck stop, but I didn't hear ANY noise - not even hallway noise or noise from above! (The hotel was fairly full during my time there.) My rooms were very clean with nice decor. (I stayed in two separate rooms as there was one day between my stays.) I enjoyed the large beds, nice televisions, and fast wireless internet! The beds were not the most comfortable that I've slept on at hotels, but they definitely were not uncomfortable either. The pillows and linens were lovely. I also liked the comfortable leather recliners in the room too! The complimentary breakfast was yummy with quite a bit of a variety - biscuits & gravy, waffles, donuts/pastries/toast/bagels, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, juice, coffee, & milk. Slight downfall - the hotel is somewhat removed from the rest of the city. It is a quick drive (approx 3-5 minutes) to get further into the city, which didn't bother me at all. In fact, it was kind of nice to be away from the hustle & bustle. Overall, I was quite pleased and would definitely stay there again! And I have already recommended it to several others!

We travel often and it is great and rare to find places that are clean and the service friendly. The rooms were clean and well kept. The staff, especially the manager (unfortunately, I do not know her name) was very friendly. The breakfast was nice with 'make your own' waffles, boiled eggs, an assortment of cereal, juices, milk, coffee, etc. The only negative was that there was some sporting event going on at the time and there were a lot of kids staying at the hotel. The pool was small and crowded. We had to leave the pool area since we have a 4 year old, and the kids were running and jumping into the pool with no regard for safety. It would have been nice to have a lifeguard present to keep them in check. Still, I would highly recommend this hotel.
