Beautiful! The PERFECT place to stay!

5 stars!!!!! Our stay at the Elk Haven in Custer,SD was wonderful. Perfect location for a stay in the Black Hills. Close to everything. The moment we walked in we were at home! Beautifully decorated, cozy & comfortable cabin fully stocked with everything you need! Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Hiked up the hill behind the house and had a nice view of Crazy Horse. ( take binoculars) Kids loved seeing the deer everyday and hiking and climbing on the rocks. The owners are wonderful people and we hope to return soon to Elk Haven!

Very Nice!

Close to town but off the beaten path. Close to everything in Custer Area. These cabins are very nice! Very cozy, homey and clean! They have 2 queens upstairs & 1 queen downstairs. Oh, and did I say Clean! Loved having the full size kitchen & living room with Satellite TV in the evenings. You can tell the owners have given the cabins that "extra touch". Lots of room to wander around & hike around the grounds. Will stay again! Would definitely stay again.

Going back next year

A quiet,beautiful cabin. Our family loves staying there and plan on making this a yearly tradition. Were able to take the kids on short nature hikes in the woods and saw deer close to the cabin every morning. Close to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and National Parks.
