Wasn't bad at all
By Jenni, 10/13/08
It was not a bad hotel for the money. Older but clean. It was going through renovations...new windows, A/C. The staff was very friendly.

Glass half full, glass half empty?
By Michael, 12/31/06
Take your pick? Pros: 1. Good internet service - (free) 2. Beds were reasonable 3. Not looking to spend much time or much money, this might fit the bill 4. Good honest people 5. Toilets and shower worked Cons: 1. Few levels below the appearance and quality of a Holiday Inn 2. The bed covers still had a smell of a smoking room, even though we were in a non-smoking room. The carpets probably did too, but my nose wasn't close enough to smell that. But it looked it. 3. The heat pipes made some disturbing noises throughout the night. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be for you, or you will need to bring ear plugs. I used orbitz to book, but found afterwards that hotels.com was $20 cheaper/night. I also tried Mr G's restaurant for breakfast, and it was a good place to go to. The food was at the level of a typical diner.

A DUMP, disguised as nice by its neat EXterior
By Bobby, 05/07/06
A shabby, UNCLEAN establishment, priced higher than a similar competitor in the nearby town of Claremont.. Although the sheets & towels seemed clean, everything else in the small room was stained or worn, including the paint and mirrors. Dropped off at 9 PM, this location is so far from a town that NOT EVEN PIZZA could be delivered. Asked for wakeup call that never came & no clock in room. NO door to bathroom - just a framed opening. Inexplicably, there was an ironing board, but no iron present. Pass this one by.
