Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls

Great atmosphere for any age awesome water park indoor or out! Prices for things there however where over priced and food was not fantastic, good variety though!

I have been to this resort twice for my birthday.The water park was so much fun.Even the arcade was great.But my mom didn't like the spa service.I miss it so much when we check out.It feels like a sad song is playing.

Inadequate dressing rooms (very small and crowded) and non functioning wrist bands (they replaced mine 6 times in 2 days). For those that don't know, the wrist bands do everything from charging items to the room, to locking/unlocking lockers, to opening your room door. So, when they locked us out of our room and replaced the band the first time, it was inconveninet but no big deal. After the fifth time, it was quite frustrating. Not even an apology. The attitude is arrogant and rude. With service like this, good luck getting tourism up in Niagara. Don't even get me started with the cost versus value received. Poor service, poor value.

This is a great place for families. Theres lots to see and do. My son Loved this trip the best. We will be going back again. The staff are outstanding. They make you feel at home. Thanks to all the staff for a great time.

Could anyone tell me if this venue is suited to a 5 year old and a 3 year old? What facilities could they actually use if any? Hear it is a great place but cannot find info on age suitability.

The best thing about the Great wolf Lodge is its waterpark and minigolf. It is mostly catered to little kids though. The hotel was very nice. I originally booked seven nights at this hotel but ended up only staying three nights because there is not too much to do at Niagra Falls. We ended up going to Toronto instead for a couple of nights. It's nice to see the falls but there is alot more things to do in toronto. The food prices at the hotl are not that bad. The food selection isnt that great but like i said its catered to little kids so there goingto have things that kids like. The game room is great too. I would not go back though. This place is good if you have little kids otherwise if you dont have little kids i would advise you to dtay somewhere else. also the airconditioning units are noisy! it keeps you up half of the night. The staff are friendly, all of them are young.

i loved this place. we stayed there for a week and it was spectacular! when we got home my children said can we go there next summer for 10-20 days. guess what i have three children the oldest is 16 and she loved it i think that explains it all

i was impressed by quality of some workers but they didnt seem to treat the staff very well the coffe shop there was a blonde and she was nice and helpful. the water park was nice. horrible location!!!!!!!!!!! Cleanliness wasent good.Service not bad .

I took my niece and nephew to the Lodge. Great foyer presentation. Very clean and big rooms. My complaint is that the food was very expensive and had I known, I would have brought some of my own food and drinks. Great idea for the wrist band; didn't have to carry around money or a room key. May go back; not sure.

The kids loved the water park &game room and I must say so did we the parents...I also injoyed bringing the kids to the craft room while my husband napped since we drove all night to get there.Overall we loved everything about The Great Wolf Lodge and we are already planning our stay for xmas time with the kids. We did not have enought time to do everything such as the mini put but we know now not to plan any other activity in Niagra Falls when staaying at the Great Wolf Lodge because htat alone is a Holiday itself!!! Thanks for everone at the GREAT WOLF LODGE IN NIAGRA FALLS for making our first experience a memory to remember!!!
