Just a suggestion is respect and talk to the employees. They don't go out of their way to be nice because they are enjoying themselves, it's just fear of losing their job. It's essential to be "bubbly" to get a goot preformance rating. They're just minimum wage employees, most of them are limited at 35 hours per week because the company would have to pay benefits after 36 hours a week. The corporation expects top notch preformance from the cheapest employees. If you ask me thats no diferent than buying a "made in china" part for your vehicle and expecting it to preform like an american preformance part... It just doesn't happen. The air quality had left at one point 21 employees on the same perscription puffer, perscribed by 7 diferent doctors. And the chlorine and latex tube liner is very irritating on the skin. All in all, just asking for some respect and courtesy for the employees. It's not the most enjoyabe or comfortable job, and they are just trying to make ends meet.

I have a 4-year old and Great Wolf Lodge is our favorite vacation spot! There is so much for him to do - waterpark, Cub Club, Arcade, etc. The park is good for kids of all ages - adults too! The staff goes out of their way to be friendly! The guest rooms are awesome. They are very clean and comfortable. Can't wait to go back in December!

I am a 13 year old who is an absolute Great Wolf Lodge fanatic. My family goes to the Poconos for Great Wolf lodge about twice a year. And yes, every time has been a wonderful family moment for us! The waterpark has things for 5 year olds up to 15 year old things! (Theres a baby pool, and also a raging fast waterslide. Love 'em all!) The waterslides are all awesome to me, and now an arcade to top it off!?!? Trust me, you'll have the time of your life. Yes, it can get slightly pricey (I mean, theres a suite out there for about $675 a night, c'mon! But also, some rooms go to about $230, so that's okay) Nevertheless, it's worth every penny to me. Can't wait for my next trip!

the great wolf lodge is for ages 4 to 13.the hotel is every welcoming and clean the location is not great. still the best hotel ever!!!!!!!!

Our family went in the off season (April) so it wasn't too busy and the prices were cheaper. The food we had was great, we even got a coupon off of the Great Wolf Lodge website for the buffet. My daughter is 2 so she was free so it was great for us! Having a fridge and sink in our room was very handy - we brought lunches and breakfast with us! It is a great way to save money, if you pack food ahead of time. My kids (2 and 4) loved the water park and all of us can't wait to go back. They had lots of things to do and we were able to keep busy. The rooms were clean and huge! The staff was excellent and very helpful. We felt it was totally worth the money and the whole family is anxious to get back there for the kids birthday's!

Our family had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge. The staff are amazing. Everything there is geared to kids. It is fun and safe. We were sad to leave. We will definetely be making another visit. We found you really need one on one with the children in the water park. We will be bringing grandparents next time!

Just got back from a 3 day 2 night trip to Niagara Falls Canada. Love all of the little shops on Clifton Hill is fun for the kids, but everything is way over PRICED $$$.$$ even Dennys is way over priced and the dollor for dollor in not worth the trip. I would go to Niagara Falls 3-5 times a year now I'm down to once a year and after this last time I don't want to go back until I can get more bang for my buck if you know what I mean. Like I said Dennys over priced in the US a Grand Slam is $5.99 and in Canada it is $14.99. TGI Fridays a large order of skins $12.99 for 8 an in the states it costs $7.99. Holtel prices are still okay with the packages but should be lower. I see soon no one is going to want to go to Niagara Falls any more due to prices way to high and thay nickle and dime you for everything and that is speaking for Americans due to no exchange rate being dollor for dollor .

Spent a boatload of $$. So very overpriced. Breakfast food was good at $9.00 a head. Dinner was fried at $15.00 a head. Starbucks was their regular price. Snack food in the water park: limited choice, overcooked, very slow service, overpriced. Beds not so comfortable, pillows too big. We will not return. When looking for a waterpark, we'll seek out a Holiday Inn Express, more comfortable, less expensive and breakfast is free.
