The Best Vacation Ever

I loved this house and the brook behind the house. It was perfect for my family and I. Lovely setting and so relaxing! Shops and ski areas are minutes away and I spent a lot in Manchester. I highly recommend!

The best place ever!

The Grout House, is like a hidden treasure! I would be pretty upset if I could not stay there when I visit Vermont. I just read their last review and was dumbfounded??????? I can get to at least 7 ski resorts within 1.5 hours of driving time. The house was very clean, sheets included. Alden and Maggie the owners were probably the nicest people I know, bar none. They go way above the call of duty, there was a home made apple pie waiting for me and my family when we arrived? The next day Home made bread and cookies. etc..... What can I say, this place takes the cake. Jim and family Maine
