This is not a hotel.

The receptionist, a grumpy old man, greeted me like I had somehow just ruined his life. Careless as I am about such matters I whistle myself up the stairs to my room: - Dirty! - Everything except the bed, lucky me, had dust, spots or some unidentified goop. No closet - just two holes on the wall where I suspect some knobs used to bee. Useless TV (tho I'm no TV guy). Dark yellowish room light which made the room look even worse. Bathroom was very tiny and dark, and of course quite filthy. I'm a quite tall guy so I had to go nr. 1 from the side. 2nd night I spotted a cockroach, 3rd night a small mouse. The ambulance/police comes more often around the block that the bus + the ATM machine outside is for some reason equipped with some kind of amplifier so that people can notice, I'm sure, a transaction being made from 10 blocks away! The radiator make strange intense oily bubbling noises some days...
Location isn't much to brag about - a bit creepy. Not too far away from the Light rail.
...all-in-all, this is not a Hotel but more like an abandoned old worn down apartment building which just happens to be owned by somebody. I can't see this place still being in business a year from now.
If you are still thinking abut making a reservation, they've got delicious sandwiches at the place left to the Dunkin Donuts.
