Mill Bridge Village & Camp Resort, Strasburg

My brother and I rented cabins for each of our families. The cabins were nice and just as described & pictured on website.That was the ONLY nice thing about this place. From the moment we entered the office to check-in, you could feel the unpleasantness. The lady at the counter acted like she didn't see us standing right in front of her at the counter. I had to say, "Excuse me , are you open?" and then she said, "WHAT DO YOU NEED?", that is the worst greeting ever! How about some people skills! This was our first impression of this camp ground-WOW! Then you have the guy on the golf cart yelling at everyone, just what we wanted to deal with on our vacation. Guess what? They will NEVER see any of us again, we have TOO many other choices when it comes to places to stay. We have been visiting Lancaster county for about 15 yrs. or so and have never experienced this kind of treatment-total RUDENESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
