management needs to learn customer service

We received coupons via e-mail from Cherry Crest Farms so I packed up my sons and nephews, mom and sister and drove an hour and 45 minutes for a fun day. The kids were excited and when we arrived and went to pay, they told us our entire group could only use 1 coupon which said nothing of the sort on the coupon itself. I asked her to honor their coupons since the 7 of us are 3 different households but they refused and had the nerve to call me "dishonest". Well I would not have taken the time to drive so long and make a special day of going to Cherry Crest Farm if the coupon had this unknown "policy" anywhere written on it, I would have at least not been disappointed upon arrival if I had known we could only use one. They told me to pay full price or leave. I felt deceived and insulted and now I had to risk upsetting 4 little boys who were patiently waiting while looking at all of the fun they were about to have. I felt terrible but we left and went to Strasburg train where the 3 youngest boys had the time of their lives but all 4 were still disappointed. The farm looked like it may have been a good time.
