Nice place; less than great service

The hotel itself was fine: clean rooms (though inadequate lighting), nice breakfast, cozy lobby, etc. However, the staff person that dealt with my reservation and check-in was less than accomodating. He acted like I was bothering him in both instances. I did not interact with the rest of the staff, but this person should NOT be dealing with customers as the "face" of the hotel.
