Passport Inn and Suites, Galloway

I booked a room with 2 double beds, non-smoking. But what I got was a smoking room with only one bed and a non-working shower. When I saw the room I went right back down to the reception desk and told them that it was the wrong room. Then the agent asked us if we "used" the room! How insulting! Insinuating that we traveled 2 hours to get there just to have sex in the room for all of 20 seconds!!? Anyhow they had no other rooms and we had to all sleep in one bed. Plus the price that was quoted when we booked online was not the price charged...There weren't enough towels, the TV remote didn't work, some of the light bulbs were burnt out, and the soap and shampoo packets were so tiny! Ended up paying $145!! outrageous!

Reservation was changed, by them. Room was dirty, bedspread was covered with stains, ice maker didn't work, management (male) was down right rude, not enough towels, etc.

They give you no bath towels, only 2 paper thin wash cloths, 1 packet of shampoo and 1 packet of conditioner they looked like what you would get in a hair dye kit. We woke up in the morning all broken out because of bed bugs. The bed was hard I would like to rename this place The Cardboard Suites Inn. The worst experience ever I would not stay there again for free or if they paid me.

This is a nice place to stay we come to atlantic city once a year and we always stay here on a saturday night because it is so much cheaper then the casino the we stay at a casino the rest on the week , this year i have already booked passport Inn for the whole time we will be in atlantic city , we figured we can come twice a year now and stay here and save lots of money, the staff has always been very nice to us even when we wake them at 2 in the morning to check in, everyone there is very friendly and that means a lot, plus you have nice places to eat close buy and that saves us more money , we will be seing ya soon. My family and I stood there for 3 days..the service was horrible..They didn't clean the room everyday.The rooms smell musty,not enough Bath towels and toilet paper..the tv barely works.No breakfast..It true what that say, you get what you pay for..

I strongly recommend this place. Clean, the beds are huge and the staff are friendly and helpful. About 12 miles away from the Casinos. Not well-suited for familys as most of the guests are young/partiers/gamblers but perfect for those wishing to get the AC experience. Not sure how you can complain when you only pay 30 dollars!!

Me and my finance loved the place very economical a large jacuzzi suite for only 150 for 2 nights on a weekend was just right we and the hotel manger was very friendly anything we asked for he helped us with the place was clean and a short drive to the casinos the denny's 24 hr diner next door made the stay just right if your looking to fill a late night craving lol

The hotel was very clean and the owner and staff were very friendly. The owner constantly asked if we needed anything, one of the nicest people I've ever met. You couldnt ask for a nicer hotel/room for the money you are paying. I would recommend to others and will stay again.

My fiance' and I loved our jacuzzi suite!! It was great! The staff were very friendly :) The hotel was very clean. We were very nervous before we checked in because we read all the bad reviews. But our visit was nothing like the reviews. I would def stay here again. It was very close to the casinos! The Hotel Manager was the best.

We were looking for a "cheap" alternative to the Boardwalk Hotels so we weren't expecting the Tropicana. However, the room appeared clean and had a microwave and small refrigerator plus free internet use but the linen's were disgusting. There were two old rags they called towels and we had to request more. The bed had one sheet with STAINS, NO Blanket and a OLD, STAINED AND FUZZY Bed Spread. We asked for them to change the bedding and were told "You Got A Good Price" - What does price have to do with CLEAN SHEETS? Then the not so happy worker told us there would be a charge to change them! Can you imagine that? So if you still need to book the room because of the price, just bring your own sheets, blankets and towels and you'll be fine. Or Next Time try the Comfort, Days or Quality Inn's which are my intentions.
