Sleep in Your CAR Instead! (At least it LOCKS)
PROS: Free Wi-fi, cable, fridge, microwave, etc.Heat/AC worked fine. Within driving distance to Atlantic City. GREAT if you're on a BUDGET and/or seriously can't find any other places available but I'd been happier sleeping in my car instead... (read more to find out)
CONS: Booked two rooms. Check-in was fine. NOT the BEST customer service (but HEY! What do you expect for $35/room?) Anyway, had to walk pass laundry room to our rooms. Smelled like bleach. The floorplan and access to rooms are strange because you can access your room directly from the outside without going through the front entrance which is WORSE if the LOCK on your DOOR was MISALIGNED! Not just broken.. that would be only "temporary" I hope but MISALIGNED!!! Off by 1/4 inch so I made my boyfriend move the TV and placed it in front of the door to block it (although it's a fire hazard but I'm not trying to get kidnapped, robbed/mugged, raped, etc). Nonetheless, great for sneaking in drinking buddies for parties (since you can access directly from outside... also great for inviting crazy psychopaths). The first room we visited wasn't even clean. Bedsheets were still messed up from previous guests. So they gave us another room. (Second room was ok... at least the door locked). Both bathrooms smelled and both didn't lock! Bedsheets were hard and OLD. Stench! Floor was soo dirty that I was afraid to take of my shoes and walk with my socks on! No sink in the bathroom... had to wash hands in the hallway but... whatever. "Continental breakfast" was literally 1 coffee machine, 1 orange juice machine, and a few danishes/donuts (depends on whether or not you're an early bird... luckily my boyfriend managed to be there before anyone else since we didn't sleep at all....) Rooms had the LOUDEST shower EVER! So if someone else was showering, you're gauranteed to stay awake. Sprinkler system has yellow water stains (not even sure if it works in case of a fire so don't bet on it).
In conclusion, don't bother booking a room (because techinally since the doors didn't lock... you don't need the "keys" and you could literally BARGE right in and call it a night!)
