Sleep in Your CAR Instead! (At least it LOCKS)
By ST, 1/3/09
PROS: Free Wi-fi, cable, fridge, microwave, etc.Heat/AC worked fine. Within driving distance to Atlantic City. GREAT if you're on a BUDGET and/or seriously can't find any other places available but I'd been happier sleeping in my car instead... (read more to find out) CONS: Booked two rooms. Check-in was fine. NOT the BEST customer service (but HEY! What do you expect for $35/room?) Anyway, had to walk pass laundry room to our rooms. Smelled like bleach. The floorplan and access to rooms are strange because you can access your room directly from the outside without going through the front entrance which is WORSE if the LOCK on your DOOR was MISALIGNED! Not just broken.. that would be only "temporary" I hope but MISALIGNED!!! Off by 1/4 inch so I made my boyfriend move the TV and placed it in front of the door to block it (although it's a fire hazard but I'm not trying to get kidnapped, robbed/mugged, raped, etc). Nonetheless, great for sneaking in drinking buddies for parties (since you can access directly from outside... also great for inviting crazy psychopaths). The first room we visited wasn't even clean. Bedsheets were still messed up from previous guests. So they gave us another room. (Second room was ok... at least the door locked). Both bathrooms smelled and both didn't lock! Bedsheets were hard and OLD. Stench! Floor was soo dirty that I was afraid to take of my shoes and walk with my socks on! No sink in the bathroom... had to wash hands in the hallway but... whatever. "Continental breakfast" was literally 1 coffee machine, 1 orange juice machine, and a few danishes/donuts (depends on whether or not you're an early bird... luckily my boyfriend managed to be there before anyone else since we didn't sleep at all....) Rooms had the LOUDEST shower EVER! So if someone else was showering, you're gauranteed to stay awake. Sprinkler system has yellow water stains (not even sure if it works in case of a fire so don't bet on it). In conclusion, don't bother booking a room (because techinally since the doors didn't lock... you don't need the "keys" and you could literally BARGE right in and call it a night!)

Very good for the price
By Chandu A, 12/8/08
Hi, Thanks for reading my review… We (3 families) stayed here on a Saturday night for $39 a room…we saw the price on the same day evening around 7pm and called the front desk to confirm the rate…front desk guy was helpful and gave us what all we need - 1 King & 2 2-queen bed rooms. Pros: - For Saturday night the price is excellent for this kind of new hotel in Atlantic City - Close to the boardwalk (hardly 10 minutes drive) - Clean - Heater worked fine - Small Fridge - Microwave - Internet worked fine - No noise or what so ever (we stayed backside of the hotel though) from the traffic…but, I heard the neighbor’s room’s shower in the morning - Not a big breakfast, but just enough to survive till lunch: two types of doughnuts, pastry, juice and coffee Cons: - No exhaust fan in the restroom - This hotel is a bit awkward to get to when returnig from the casinos as there is a concrete barricade in the middle of the highway preventing a left turn. You have to go a few miles down the road to a U-turn.

Beware
By hotel reviewer, 8/5/08
These people are a joke behind the desk. If you are looking to take your family there dont bother. I got there to find the lady behind the desk very rude for no reason at all. All cursing at us in front of my 4 year old. Place is dirty and disgusting. Better hotels up the street with better service.

Dont' come here.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/9/07
I don't know where to begin. When we arrived in the room, there was a dead bug on the door. The carpet and the bathroom floor were sticky. The comforter and blanket were dirty and old. When I went to get the ice from the machine, the door had no doorknob. There were bags of dirty linen left in the hallways. The place had an overall smell of a sewer. The continental breakfast sucked as well. They only had a few pastries and people had to wait 15 minutes for coffee. No cereal or other usual items that are available in a continental breakfast. The orange juice tasted sour. Moreover, if the pastries were gone, they would not bring more out. They just said that if the pastries gone, then that's too bad. The staff was rude if you asked them questions. Never again will I stay at another Knights Inn. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The only good thing was the view and the proximity to Atlantic City. You could also see a good view of the city.

I loved this place ....NOT... read the reviews before you book.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/26/07
Oh my goodness, this place is not as charming as the photo that is listed. I was promised a room with a view of the casinos. When I open the door to the room someone else was already occuping it. So I was given a room in the rear with a view of nothing. The shower had mole in the ceiling. The occupants over my room were stomping on the floor all night long. The lobby smelled of bleach. The towels were hard. The location is wonderful though just minutes to the boardwalk. Unfortunately I will not be staying there anymore. I wished I had read the reviews before I booked this place.

Very unfriendly staff...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/18/06
Staff was not very friendly upon arrival, and upon exit I had to get the attention of 2 employees behind the desk to return room key. Inclusive breakfast consisted of coffee, orange juice and a tray with 8 donuts. We called hotel for directions are they could not give us directions from Brigantine (3 miles away).

Knever again!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/8/06
Allow me to say that reviews stating the hotel as 'clean' is like saying someone you don't want to date is 'niiice.' Yes, this hotel was clean, yes the front desk was very nice. Period. The hotel was waaaay overpriced, and the walls are so thin, we knew exactly what time the people in the next room came in. Not only that, but received a phonecall from the front desk saying the people in the room downstairs were complaining about us walking around. I'm thinking not a good place to take your kids, if a full grown couple, who is sensitive to the people around them, is making too much noise that the people downstairs can't sleep. My advice to you, is if you're looking for a clean hotel, this would be fine. Personally, I'd spend the same money, and able to enjoy my vacation elsewhere.
