Poor Customer Service

In December of 2005, I tried to book a room at the Colonial Inn for my wedding night in June of 2006. I was told the calendar was not ready and that I would need to call back in about a week. I did however leave a name, phone number, and a requested room with the first person I spoke to. When I called back the gentleman remebered my earlier phone call. However, I was shocked to hear that all 10 rooms were booked. In an attempt to find out was happened and why my request was not honored, I was told that a wedding party had booked all ten rooms. I was highly disappointed that after they took my information and asked me to call back so that they could get their calendar in order my request was simply thrown aside. Customer satisfaction seems not to be a priority at the Colonial Inn.
