Steamboat Landing Campground & Marina, Lewes

We have had a seasonal site here for 16 years and could not be happier. It is a well run campground perfect for families. There are activities every weekend and the location on the Broadkill River is a huge plus. Hopping in our boat and docking in Lewes for breakfast or lunch is wonderful. The sunsets are amazing and the rules are much appreciated. The location is great close to the beaches and still private.

no playing in ball...no jumping, throwing of balls, no nothing...way to many rules...you pay all that money and you cant do anything...no activities for kids and they have written that they have planned activities...not i have been there couple times with my friend and never did we asked and they would say not this weekend...DON'T GO HERE...it is emptying out fast a lot of people leaving campground..

This is our second full season at SBL and it's one of the best decisions I ever made to have a place here. We can't wait for May 1st to come and sad to reach the end of Sept. The park is one of the best, very well kept, friendly and helpful staff always! The owners are sweethearts. The sunsets at the marina are amazing! They have a great pool too! We hope to be here for many years to come :-) Thanks SBL!!!!!

Candy is the only office personel who is people freindly, the rest could care less about you Bathrooms are locked at 7pm until 7am not a handy option Marina never gets dredged out so thousands of dollars worth of boats sit in mud all season Security is 2 elderly retired residents of the campground who are busybodies, troublemakers etc... Owners charge top dollar for everything and are very snobby to boot
