Sleep Inn and Suites Springdale, Springdale

We went to the pool after we checked in only to find out it was COLD....I had to take my niece to the room and give her a bubble bath instead of swimming.......we could have done that at home....They try to sell there rooms by saying they have a hot breakfeast...I Spoke with the manager he offered to give me $10 for my incovience of the pool......The people were Dishonset with me and no I would not stay there ever again..They said the temp of the pool stays at 85'.If they cant value there customers a little better then that then we dont need to stay with them.This was the first for a 2 year old to go swimming and I couldnt take her I didnt care about the hot breakfeast we just wanted to Swim I wanted to see a smile on a childs face and take a pic!!! Come on it was around Christmas wheres the spirit!!!! God Bless hope you are better to others in the future

Great place to stay, very clean room, nice breakfast area.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Going back in November.Only complaint would be the one elevator.

The smoke at this hotel is unacceptable. Our reservation was for a non smoking room. Hotel would not honor that and would not refund $400 dollars for room. We had to stay at another hotel and are having to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Management is totally unconcerned that our 2 year old daughter could not occupy the room. Never make a reservation with any Sleep Inn again. They virtually stole the $400 dollars and left me with the choice to accept the room and make my daughter sick or pay for another hotel room in another city. We moved to another hotel.

This hotel is the absolute best in sprindale,AR! The rooms beat any hotel that I've stayed in at springdale. Everything is great from the service, to the breakfast, and cleanliness!

This hotel was well above my expectations! The friendly staff & great amenities was really refreshing.Their breakfast was a hot breakfast buffett as apose to the continental I am use to getting. Better than Hiltons and Marriots in town!!

This is a very clean hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the ammentities were great. Our kids loved the pool, and they keep it open late. Resturants were within walking distance. We will stay here again.
