Comfort Suites

I stayed here for 2 weeks while on business. The hotel is very new, and nice. All hotel areas are very nicely decorated (for a Comfort Suites, anyway), and are meticulously maintained. Rooms come equipped with a micro-fridge and coffee maker. Furniture is still new, and consists of a couch, coffee table, night stands, desk, and TV cabinet. Rooms block both outside noise and hall noise very well.
The continental breakfast was always fresh, and had a nice selection (hot items like biscuits, ham, eggs and staples like cereal, bagels, fruit, and doughnuts). The hotel is situated slightly north of the main part of Batesville, though, with only a Western Sizzlin and Chinese restaurant being in eyeshot. Another downside to the hotel is the service station/truck stop next door. The big trucks have made for a very rough entrance to the hotel if coming from the Exxon, so I would recommend entering near Western Sizzlin and doubling back on the service road.
The workout facility is limited, with only a bike, treadmill, and elyptical glyder. The hotel does have, however, a very nice indoor pool and sauna that was never full. Also a perk is the free wireless internet.
This is a very nice, clean, and new hotel. The staff was always very professional and accomodating to everyone I saw them interact with. I would definately recommend this hotel if in the Batesville area.
