Arrow Creek Campground, Gatlinburg

Bathrooms/showers were very clean, campground was clean, quiet and very nice. Owners and staff were very friendly and seemed to go out of their way to ensure that everyone had everything they needed and were comfortable at the campground. We had a great site and enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice, Clean and accommodating Campground. Every one that works here is friendly and say hi every time they see you. The sight was large and the full hook up us next to the camper. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The biggest plus was the Bathroom/shower house; we have NEVER stayed at a cleaner place when it comes to this. The wifi is a bit to be desired but not a big concern. Yes the campground is about 13 miles from town but it well worth the drive…… Thank you we will be back!

The campground is great except for the attendant. He is rude and not much help and talks about his campers. My husband is in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Campbell and he just wanted to relax after getting back from his deployment but instead we were met with a guy whom I over heard making fun of the questions that my husband called and asked. One other thing beware this campground is wayyy out there 20 miles from Gatlinburg and all backroads. If you are worried about gas and time try the camnpgrounds in Pigeon Forge (they looked cleaner and nicer anyway)

The campsites were clean, the restrooms were clean. There is a small game room, laundry facilities, and a pool on site. The manager, Don, is VERY accommodating. Having stayed there for several months, I can not even imagine him hitting on someone's wife, or doing any of the things stated here. Having said that, this is a small campground, with a small staff. It is priced that way. If Don didn't return your phone call right away, it might be that he was handling another customer's phone call. The man is on the phone all day. If he was eating a meal, it might have been his only break during the day. So what do you get for your money? You get a nice, safe campground to stay at. You get wooded sites, this is not lawn and gravel. You get the ability to take a camp bus to town, avoiding overpriced parking lots. Bottom line, if you are a kind, considerate, patient person looking for a great stay at a great price, this place is for you. If you think you are the only camper in the campground and need a lot of personal attention, then you might want to stay here anytime not during a holiday weekend.

not too far out of town just far enought to avoid local traffic,campgrounds are kept very clean, rest rooms are imaculate,management did everything possiable to make us feel welcome Will Definetely recomend this campground to all our friends

Truly people do not believe the other two reviews! This is our first stay at Arrow creek and is is very nice wooded campground. The manager is a very friendly person and he makes you fell right at home. We will be back it is a great place. He does have a beutiful little dog but he is really well behaved. They are really pet friendly too. They have a really nice clean pool area also. One of our favorite campgrounds in the Smokies!!!

The manager/owner obviously doesn't care if spots are rented are not. He doesn't answer phone or return phone calls. He must be happy with whatever business he gets. The place is clean and maintained. Bathrooms and showers are spotless. Tom, the groundskeeper, was great. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Not going to tell you not to go or to not go.
