Oak Grove Plantation & Gardens, Newnan

Situated on 20 acres, of the plantation's original 1,400 acres, this exquisite, Southern style plantation is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It offers two master guest suites, in the carriage house, each furnished with antiques, and having a private bath, with a garden tub Jacuzzis. Guests can enjoy four acres, of gardens, while staying here, including: a formal garden, with a gazebo off the terrace; a sunken garden, with a fish pond; and a rose garden. A playhouse area, and an outdoor pool are also on site. Homemade cookies are served, in the evening, and a hearty breakfast is served, in the morning.
