Maison Des Amis, Breaux Bridge

We drove out west from New Orleans during our holiday in '08, we came thru Lafayette. We stopped at the Visitors' Center and told them we wanted to find a B&B in "Cajun Country" and were recommended to try Breaux Bridge & Maison Des Amis, which we did. It exceeded our expectations of a real southern experience. We loved Maison Des Amis and can't wait to return. We only stayed one night this time and plan to stay longer next visit. Our stay included the Zydeco breakfast on Sat morning at Cafe Des Amis, which was something special too.  From Juanita & Janice, Melbourne, Australia.
