Nice Waterpark!
By JL, 06/30/09
The place was great! Even though the lines can be long, it only shows how popular the place is. There was a lot of stuff to do and rides to experience. I even liked it when we actually tubed on a real lake. I liked it even more how a lot of the rides are elevated. It showed some background and character.

The park is awesome we went last year and we are planning our trip this year now, their is so much to do for all ages and you need about two days to really enjoy it and take everything in. If you have not ever been you need to go. AWESOME!!!

By marylee, 08/15/08
THERE PARK IS ALRIGHT. YOU DON'T REMAIN INTHE WATER ,YOU GO IN AND OUT SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME IN LINE THAT STINKS .IT'S ALRIGHT IF YOU DON'T MIND STANDING IN LINE FOR MANY HOURS FOR A 10 MINUTE RIDE.

People everywhere!! Very Long Waits!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/11/08
Nice place but very crowded and unorgainized. Waited two hours for Master Blaster and Dragons Revenage first thing in the morning. Never saw any employee older then 21 years old. Many line jumpers and no one monitering the crowd. No signs explaining the rules about line behavior. The Torent advises that children and weak swimmers are not allowed, but this is not enforced making this ride very dangerous. Food was tastey and the price was right. Good job on the transportation between parks. We enjoyed the park but only experienced about half of it due to the huge crowd. Raise the price and limit the crowd. Disney would never allow their guests to wait this long to ride.

Must go!!
By KeCadia, 07/30/08
We went last year and had the best time. This year, we went on a Saturday and it (of course) was crowded. My kids absolutely loved coming here. Highly, highly recommend visiting here. You almost need 2 days to fully enjoy the whole water park.

best waterpark!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/06/08
there is awesome rides at the park and plenty to do. the park is divided into 2 areas and they provide transportation. the park allows you to take a cooler in which most parks do not allow you to. great experience for people 5- 80 yrs old.

Love it
By Ladyofevilness, 06/26/08
I love how they have part lake and part pool. There are rides there for adventuresome people, children and everyone in between. The prices for food there is a little high but tasty.

Frequent Schlitterbahn Visitor
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/27/07
I've been going to this place since I was about 5 years old. I absolutely love it. It is a lot different than most of the waterparks around Texas and the price for the tickets is a good value. The added advantage of being able to take food into the park is a real plus (don't worry about your stuff getting stolen). However, I firmly believe that if you haven't stayed in the resort in the park (preferably the bahn side), then you've missed out on a lot of fun. You can watch the rides fill up in the morning, or BBQ outside while you watch other riders go down the rides (and wipe out). Also, when you stay at the resort, you get a 20% discount on park tickets and access to a hot tub, and two pools after hours and before the park opens. I have found this to be well worth the high price to stay in the park.

We go every summer!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/15/07
It was, and always is, amazing. We go every summer for two days. One day just is not enough to get on all the amazing rides. Water is just what you need on hot summer days in Texas. They have something for all ages from downhill and uphill water roller coasters to surfing to wading pools for kids. Their wave pool is unlike ANY other. If you haven't been, this is one place you MUST go.
