Brutally uncomfortable

This hotel has with out a doubt the primest location of any hotel to the nearby attractions that you'll find anywhere. However, this is no excuse for charging more than it is worth.
I travel on business at least five times per month. It is an understatement to say that I know hotels and B&Bs. The breakfast was below mediocre - nothing unique or interesting. The crowning jewel of disappointment, however, were the mattresses. Never in my 48 years have I met such hard mattresses. They (every mattress in the room, including the trundel) was literally as hard as the floor. They resembled the tiny display beds in stores - the ones that hurt when you flop down on them. My wife joked nightly that she felt like Wilma and Fred Flintstone in Bedrock. The beds defy description regarding their hardness. THE WORST NIGHT SLEEPS EVER IN MY LIFE. We truly considered sleeping in the car parked outside.
Upon checkout, I found it interesting that no one asked us how we enjoyed our stay - I'm sure they already knew. Awful value at $190/night, unless of course you take your own blow-up mattress.
