Prestige Vacation Homes, Davenport

I booked one of these homes 3 bed homes last year and when I arrived the home I rented was old and grimy. There was mold all over the place and I was pretty disgusted. The pool was filthy and there were gaping holes in the screened enclosure including a branch that was coming through it. I called management and after much pleading to be moved to a different home because I had children they found a home that was empty. The next day after we had moved, We came back from Disney to find the house had been burglarized. They stole 500. cash, my laptop plus other items. There was no signs of forced entry so it may have been one of the maintenance guys. The manager came over along with the police, needless to say I wasn't going to stay there another night so I moved to a Disney Hotel. Prestige did refund me for the remaining days but seeing I just got robbed the could have given me a full refund. I would not recommend this place even at their discounted rate. It was drama from the moment I arrived.

this place is horrible most of the tenants are very loud and annoying the homes are filthy and the staff are rude, we rented a home for 3 weeks and it had to be the worst place to stay for our money, there prices are extremly high and actually very uncomforting, and when leaving there were also another couple moving out and the owners seem to find things that wasnt even done and was that way when moving in just to take as much of your deposit as possible, being that we are from england it may be some time before we are back but i promise we will never give this place a 2nd chance and as a matter of fact my auntie and brothers are going up next week and we refered them to a place outside of davenport, i hope this was helpful so that you dont ruin your time here by staying at such an unfit and rude place.

The home was located in a nice area. It was a beautiful home similar to what it looks like from the internet. But there was no flat screen tv - 19 inch that you defintely needed glasses on to see. The dust in the home was ridiculous all over the house it was dusty. There was ANTS everywhere. It was a very uncomfortable stay. This house was not clean at all!!! The blinds was broken in some of the rooms. The management of this property does not clean. The ants stole the show!!!!!!!!!!!!! This house will defintely be ruined because management don't keep it up! And to top it off we had to stack trach in the house because the garbage can outdside was so full from the previous tennants the lid woldn't even close.......it was a mess!!!!! I definitely would not recommend this home/company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The homes were beautiful very clean and easy access to the stores and Disney World. Our families did not want to leave but of course we had too. We are planning another vacation hopefully in the near future and yes we will be staying at the homes once again. Thank you Staff at Prestige for being so kind and caring while we were there.
